2024 Pitch Applications

Pitch applications for the 2024 Wivenhoe Town Regatta are now open.



  • You must obtain a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) if you want to carry out a ‘licensable activity’.
  • Pitch holders must have current public liability insurance.
  • Small, quiet generators are permitted.
  • No mains power is available.
  • The location of pitches may vary from year to year. Specific pitches cannot be guaranteed.
  • Vehicle access for unloading / loading may be up to 50m from your pitch.

Please indicate what type of pitch you are interested in:

* 1 or 2 Table Pitch/es. Each table must be no bigger than 1.0m deep & 2.0m wide. Please note, if booking more than one pitch, tables must be laid out adjacent to each other 1.0m deep max to avoid blocking the walkway.

** 1 or 2 Gazebo Pitch/es. Standard gazebo size. Please note, if booking more than one pitch, gazebos must be laid out adjacent to each other, one gazebo deep max, to avoid blocking the walkway.

*** Small Vehicle Pitch. Due to access restrictions there are just a few spaces for small vehicles or trailers. These will be considered on a first come, first served basis. NB: Maximum length - 4.0m. Vehicle engines must not be run during the Regatta and drivers must ensure their vehicle has no oil leaks or other residues.
